Process-related failures

Process-related failures or PRFs are device failures that can be attributed to:

• incorrect set-up or operation of the device by the user
• subjecting the device to physical stress outside of its design tolerances
• failure to recharge a rechargeable battery
• using a wrong or defective accessory
• exposing the device to environmental stress outside of its design tolerances
• human interference with the device.
• an issue within a data network connected to the device’s output.
