Process-related failures

Process-related failures or PRFs are device failures that can be attributed to:
- incorrect set-up or operation of the device by the user
- subjecting the device to physical stress outside of its design tolerances
- failure to recharge a rechargeable battery
- using a wrong or defective accessory
- exposing the device to environmental stress outside of its design tolerances
- human interference with the device.
- an issue within a data network connected to the device’s output.
